- The whole amount will be refunded if Right Codes Solution can not manage required development time after accepting a project.
- Right Codes Solution accepts payment by milestones, there will be no refund for successful milestones completed, as this is clearly specified and agreed before signing a contract between the clients and the Right Codes Solution.
- If Right Codes Solution is not able to complete the project within the agreed deadline, the client can ask for refund of the ongoing milestone and they have the full privilege to terminate the contract.
